Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable UIs: Design and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern React patterns and component libraries.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance metrics (Lighthouse scores, load times) to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure feature completeness.
- Testing & QA: Write unit tests and end-to-end tests to guarantee software reliability and prevent regressions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and state management libraries.
- TypeScript: Proficiency in TypeScript for building type-safe applications.
- Build Tools: Experience with Webpack, Vite, or similar build tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
