Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance React applications using modern architecture patterns (e.g., micro-frontends, feature flags).
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive performance audits and optimize bundle sizes, rendering speeds, and memory usage for maximum efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and robustness.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and API specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on React and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, Redux, React Hooks, and functional programming principles.
- Styling: Strong knowledge of CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components) and responsive design.
- Build Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and modern bundlers (Webpack, Vite).
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex issues in production environments and implement long-term architectural fixes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
