Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits to ensure website architecture is optimized for crawling, indexing, and ranking. Implement schema markup and improve site speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content that drives organic traffic and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Provide actionable insights and detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Spearhead high-authority backlink acquisition campaigns to enhance domain authority and search visibility.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and copywriters.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior management or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices; proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
