Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with business goals and drives measurable ROI.
- Technical Optimization: Lead technical SEO audits, implement schema markup, and resolve crawl errors to improve site architecture and performance.
- Data Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics 4 and advanced tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) to analyze traffic trends, user behavior, and keyword performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and content teams to optimize site speed, mobile usability, and on-page elements.
- Content Strategy: Guide content teams in creating high-value, keyword-rich assets that resonate with target audiences and rank well in SERPs.
- Reporting: Create detailed dashboards and reports to track KPIs, providing insights to stakeholders and adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant organic traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices; proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Analytics: Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
