Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic growth across the web.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve issues that hinder search engine crawling and indexing.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content that ranks well.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and establish thought leadership.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B or high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- HTML/CSS: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to perform on-page optimization.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and project management tools (Asana, Trello).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
