Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexation issues, and opportunities to improve Core Web Vitals and site speed.
- Strategic Keyword Planning: Execute in-depth keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities, manage keyword mapping, and guide content creation for maximum organic visibility.
- On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Oversee on-page optimization strategies and lead a robust off-page link-building campaign to enhance domain authority and brand credibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and proprietary tools to track performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Content Strategy Collaboration: Partner with content creators and developers to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices into web development and publishing workflows.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google's evolving algorithm updates and implement adaptive strategies to protect and grow organic traffic during major shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic for complex websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and site architecture.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and translate insights into actionable SEO tactics.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
