Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and performance issues impacting search rankings.
- Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that align with business goals and evolving market trends.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headings, ensuring maximum keyword relevance and user engagement.
- Link Building: Spearhead high-quality off-page SEO campaigns, focusing on acquiring authoritative backlinks to boost domain authority and organic trust.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor movements in the SERPs and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings for mid-to-large scale websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with schema markup, robots.txt, and site speed optimization.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business reports for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
