Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth audits of website architecture, crawlability, and indexing to identify and resolve technical roadblocks.
- Strategy & Analysis: Develop comprehensive SEO roadmaps that align with business goals, utilizing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to implement on-page SEO best practices, including semantic markup and keyword integration.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link acquisition strategies to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Performance Reporting: Generate detailed monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and market trends to proactively adjust our SEO strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with development teams.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, Screaming Frog, and BigQuery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Certification: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Language: Native-level proficiency in English.
