The Role:
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will act as the architect of our organic visibility. You will combine technical expertise with creative content strategy to ensure our brand dominates search results. You will work closely with product managers, content creators, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits, identify crawl errors, and implement schema markup to improve site health and performance.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to develop keyword-rich, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and ranks well.
- Link Building: Execute a white-hat link building campaign to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing regular, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture. Experience with technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
