Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings and driving qualified traffic.
- Perform rigorous technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value search terms and content gaps.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content structure, in alignment with best practices.
- Manage and execute link-building campaigns to acquire high-authority, relevant backlinks.
- Analyze web analytics data (Google Analytics, Search Console) to measure performance and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementation and debugging.
- Experience with technical SEO concepts including Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and structured data.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
