Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement schema markup to improve site crawlability, indexability, and page speed.
- Keyword Strategy: Identify high-value keyword opportunities and develop content strategies that align with user intent and search volume data.
- Link Building: Execute and manage high-quality outreach campaigns to acquire authoritative backlinks from relevant industry domains.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to report on organic traffic growth and conversion rates.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to uncover gaps and opportunities for our own brand positioning.
- Team Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website architecture and CMS.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO concepts, including site architecture, sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
- Tools: Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are preferred.
