Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues that hinder search engine crawling and indexing.
- Develop and implement high-level organic search strategies to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings for targeted business goals.
- Lead content optimization initiatives, collaborating with copywriters to ensure technical SEO best practices are integrated into high-quality content.
- Analyze complex data sets using tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts, including outreach for high-quality backlinks and managing digital PR campaigns.
- Stay ahead of emerging SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain robust and compliant with search engine guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior SEO Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML sitemaps.
- Expert proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and major SEO software platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable SEO tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is highly preferred.
