Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits and recommend remediation strategies to improve site architecture, crawlability, and page speed.
- Develop and implement AI-assisted content strategies that align with user intent and Google's E-E-A-T standards.
- Lead high-level keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities for market expansion.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of tracking codes, structured data, and schema markup.
- Monitor performance metrics using GA4 and Google Search Console to drive data-driven decision-making and ROI growth.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, internal linking structures, and image alt text.
- Mentor junior SEO analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning regarding algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic by 50%+.
- Deep understanding of Google's core algorithms, including recent updates focusing on AI Overviews and Core Web Vitals.
- Proficiency in using advanced SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz, plus experience with AI writing assistants like Jasper.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
