The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end SEO lifecycle, from technical audits to content strategy and link building. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure our digital presence is not only visible but authoritative.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities to improve Core Web Vitals.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement high-impact SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to optimize web copy, meta tags, and internal linking structures for maximum relevance and keyword authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; produce monthly executive reports with actionable insights.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into site architecture and CMS platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of driving significant organic traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. Proficiency in tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
