The Role:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals and industry trends.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
- Lead keyword research and gap analysis to identify high-value opportunities in competitive markets.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages and drive conversion rates.
- Manage and mentor a junior SEO analyst, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to report on KPIs.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and competitor movements to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; proficiency with Google Tag Manager and structured data.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Search Console).
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders.
