Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of core system components, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for 2026 standards.
- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications and execute the 2026 product roadmap with precision.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, reducing latency and improving user experience across all platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features that align with user needs and business goals.
- Technical Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing interfaces, advanced AI models) to integrate into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database design.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
