Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and implement robust, scalable microservices architectures capable of handling millions of transactions.
- Project Leadership: Serve as a technical lead for Project 2026, guiding the roadmap from conception to deployment.
- AI Integration: Integrate state-of-the-art machine learning models into our core product ecosystem.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and best practices across the engineering team.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Experience with TypeScript/React is a plus.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure infrastructure.
- DevOps: Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
