Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and APIs.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose solutions to improve product competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on SaaS products.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Django, Node.js, Spring).
- Cloud: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
