Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI systems optimized for the 2026 technological era, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning pipelines, focusing on edge computing and distributed networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex enterprise environments.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging paradigms, including neuromorphic computing and autonomous agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to future-proof, cloud-native AI architectures.
- Present architectural proposals to C-level stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or simulation tools (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design systems for high availability and low latency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
