Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of complex software systems.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential to drive business value.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
