Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Translate high-level business goals into concrete, scalable technical roadmaps for the upcoming years.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration and quantum-ready architectures.
- Architectural Oversight: Design and oversee the implementation of core system infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Strategic Decision Making: Evaluate new technologies and tools, making data-driven recommendations to drive product innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
