Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing for the next decade.
- Enterprise Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- AI & Innovation Integration: Identify and integrate emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and automation, to drive operational efficiency.
- Tech Stack Governance: Establish best practices for coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for executives and product teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
