You will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategic objectives and tactical execution, working closely with engineering, design, and executive leadership to deliver products that solve complex problems and delight users.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the end-to-end creation of the 2026 product roadmap, defining milestones, features, and go-to-market strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and market expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering, design, and sales teams, ensuring alignment on vision and execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to validate assumptions, prioritize the backlog, and optimize product performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Articulate complex product strategies to C-level executives and investors, securing buy-in for ambitious initiatives.
- Agile Leadership: Foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement, adapting strategies based on real-time market feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Strategy, with a proven track record of leading large-scale product initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think beyond current capabilities and design scalable solutions for the future.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
