Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning architectural strategies with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architectural design for complex, high-scale distributed systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) into legacy and new platforms.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and code quality across the organization.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for high-stakes R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and defining technology strategies for the future.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong command of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning infrastructure integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and resilience under pressure.
- Experience in financial, healthcare, or high-tech sectors is highly preferred.
