Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 technology and product roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance systems and infrastructure to support future growth and market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Oversight: Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to 2026, conducting feasibility studies and POCs (Proof of Concepts).
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies for the 2026 transition period.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technology vendors and partners that align with the 2026 strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing complex roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, AI integration, and data security standards.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on innovative solutions for future challenges.
- Agile Experience: Demonstrated success working in Agile or Scrum environments.
