Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-impact engineering and product roles, with a specific focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in niche technical fields.
- Partner with C-level leadership to forecast talent needs and build robust pipelines for our 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging skills and technologies in the AI sector.
- Build and nurture a deep network of AI researchers, ML engineers, and Quantum computing experts.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within AI, SaaS, or Future Tech.
- Proven track record of filling senior engineering and product management roles.
- Strong network of AI researchers and ML engineers across the United States.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with visionary technical leaders.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
