Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles, specifically targeting skills needed for 2025.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from defining job requirements and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline using advanced recruiting tools and ATS systems to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Product Managers to understand business needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Apex Talent Solutions at industry events, hackathons, and networking functions to enhance our employer brand and attract top-tier talent.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and compensation benchmarks to ensure our offers remain competitive in the US market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in the software engineering or SaaS industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of technical roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data Science) and the ability to assess candidate technical skills effectively.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot sourcing challenges and adapt strategies quickly.
