Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical SEO strategy for the global 2026 platform, focusing on crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize site architecture, implement schema markup, and resolve complex rendering issues.
- Conduct rigorous technical audits to identify and fix blocking errors, redirect chains, and canonicalization issues.
- Drive improvements in Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to enhance user experience and search rankings.
- Oversee site migrations and large-scale technical updates, ensuring 100% organic traffic preservation.
- Analyze crawl budgets and server logs to optimize infrastructure efficiency and prevent index bloat.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical SEO, preferably at high-scale enterprise companies.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and how they impact search engine crawling.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and third-party crawling tools (e.g., DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or headless architectures) and CDN management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable engineering requirements.
