Responsibilities
- Technical Audits & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive on-page and technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Site Architecture: Design and optimize site structures to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.
- Performance Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and overall page load speed.
- Schema Implementation: Implement and maintain structured data (JSON-LD) to enhance search result visibility and rich snippets.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor search performance using Google Search Console and Analytics 4, providing actionable insights and monthly reporting to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web development and content management workflows.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in technical SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful optimization campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/CSR) concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
