Responsibilities
- Conduct Comprehensive Technical Audits: Perform deep-dive analysis of site architecture, identifying and resolving crawlability, indexing, and rendering issues that hinder organic performance.
- Optimize Site Speed & Core Web Vitals: Lead initiatives to improve page load times, interactivity, and visual stability, ensuring compliance with Google's Core Web Vitals standards.
- Manage Site Architecture: Design and implement scalable URL structures, internal linking strategies, and XML sitemaps to maximize crawl budget efficiency.
- Implement Schema Markup: Develop and maintain structured data (JSON-LD) to enhance rich snippet visibility and improve search result appearance.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with developers to integrate SEO best practices into the CI/CD pipeline and resolve technical implementation blockers.
- Monitor Performance: Utilize Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and third-party tools to track indexation status, penalization risks, and ranking fluctuations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) mechanisms.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Chrome DevTools.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and translate data into actionable technical improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
