Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to establish a comprehensive, multi-year technical strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
- Lead Architectural Evolution: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures capable of supporting enterprise-level growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for integration into our ecosystem.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for software development, security compliance, and system monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps for large-scale, distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
