Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate Artificial Intelligence and machine learning into core business processes.
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Computing, GenAI) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Manage the technology budget and allocate resources effectively for R&D projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present technology strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures to ensure scalability by 2026.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or IT management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and defining strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- PMP or similar advanced certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
