Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design visually stunning, responsive, and user-centric web interfaces for both desktop and mobile devices.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content strategists to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Optimize web assets for performance and accessibility (WCAG compliance).

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in web design or UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts.
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong command of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
