Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit high-level smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) for DeFi protocols and NFT marketplaces.
- Optimize smart contract gas efficiency and ensure scalability across Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism).
- Integrate complex Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and third-party APIs (The Graph, Chainlink).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high security standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blockchain solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZK-Rollups) and account abstraction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Blockchain/Web3.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and experience writing Rust for Substrate or Solana.
- Proven track record of deploying audited smart contracts on major networks (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC).
- Strong understanding of cryptography, hashing algorithms, and cryptographic primitives.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for building Web3 UIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
