- SEO Strategy & Trend Forecasting: Analyze emerging search trends to build a robust SEO roadmap specifically tailored for the 2026 market ecosystem.
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and SEO tools to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier technical talent globally.
- Technical Auditing: Conduct comprehensive site audits to ensure our infrastructure supports high-performance SEO and scalability.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to produce search-optimized assets that drive organic traffic and establish domain authority.
- Recruitment Marketing: Implement SEO strategies for our career pages to attract passive candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and conversion rates using Google Analytics 4 and advanced SEO tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO and technical recruiting within the tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, GTM, Schema markup, and HTML/CSS.
- Sourcing Tools: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze market data and predict future algorithmic shifts.
