Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing systems in commercial and luxury residential properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, architects, and property managers
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Qualifications
- Valid New York State Master Plumber license (required)
- Minimum 5 years commercial plumbing experience in NYC metropolitan area

- OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with NYC DOB regulations
