Responsibilities
- Execute complex construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, masonry, and finish carpentry
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for project accuracy
- Enforce strict safety protocols on job sites
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams for seamless project delivery
- Conduct quality checks and material inventory management
Qualifications
- 3+ years verifiable experience in commercial/residential construction
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and state-specific trade licenses
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to read architectural drawings and technical documents
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (30-hour preferred)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
