Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete work including pours, finishing, and form setup
- Install and finish drywall, insulation, and framing with attention to detail
- Operate power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform site preparation and cleanup between construction phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid state contractor's license (Class B preferred)
