Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, concrete mixers) safely and efficiently
- Install scaffolding, bracing, and temporary structures per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders with material handling and assembly
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain organized, hazard-free job sites throughout all project phases
- Read blueprints and interpret technical specifications accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic machinery operation
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver Metro
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
