Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations
- Install concrete forms, rebar, and finishing per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, bobcats) safely
- Perform framing, roofing, and masonry tasks with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain tool/equipment inventory and daily job site cleanup
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
