Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Install, repair, and maintain structural components (concrete, steel, framing)
- Adhere to OSHA and project-specific safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deadlines
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Complete daily progress reports and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge preferred
