Responsibilities
- Perform skilled carpentry, masonry, and concrete work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors on complex builds
- Inspect and maintain construction tools and equipment
- Complete projects on schedule within budget constraints
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
