Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces according to blueprints
- Assist carpenters, masons, and specialized tradesmen on complex projects
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Maintain project cleanliness and waste management standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Commercial driver's license (Class B) preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read basic construction blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
