Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete work including pours, finishing, and form setup
- Install/align structural steel components with laser-guided accuracy
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely
- Apply advanced masonry techniques (brick, block, stone veneer)
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain OSHA compliance documentation and site logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Class B CDL license preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and survey equipment
- Blueprint reading and measurement expertise
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Trauma First Aid/CPR certification
