Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing systems for construction and renovation projects
- Respond to emergency calls within 2 hours with fully stocked service vehicle
- Perform hydrostatic testing and ensure code compliance
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Train apprentices on advanced techniques and safety protocols
- Collaborate with contractors for seamless project integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida Master Plumber license (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
