Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Install/finish concrete structures, scaffolding, and structural frameworks
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and blueprints
- Coordinate material handling and inventory management
- Perform finish carpentry and precision measurements
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and scaffolding credentials
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Strong problem-solving and spatial reasoning skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
