Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete saws
- Construct and install structural components following blueprints and safety protocols
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and quality assurance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in safety briefings and continuous skills training
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Marion County
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
