Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspection checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends as needed
