Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools with expertise
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate seamlessly with electricians, plumbers, and other trades
- Manage material inventory and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Blueprint reading and math proficiency
