Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Install and finish concrete structures, foundations, and forms
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Interpret technical blueprints and construction specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with tradespeople and project managers
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent required
